Diego is the Executive Director of Axis One Advisory and brings 15 years of HR leadership in large multinationals from the United States, Italy, South Korea and China, the last seven in Korean and Chinese companies. He currently serves as founding HR Director of a Chinese multinational in Brazil, building its people structure from zero. He specializes in structuring HR where the stakes are highest: market entry, fast-growing subsidiaries and organizations whose people capabilities must keep pace with the business. His edge is translating Headquarters’ expectations into practices that work under Brazilian labor law and culture.
Diego holds a degree in Human Resources Management and a MBA in Strategic Design and Innovation from Istituto Europeo di Design (IED). This mix of HR, business and design thinking shapes the Axis One method: Diagnose, Design, Deliver. Axis One was built on one premise: people decisions are business decisions. Many companies only learn this when the cost of ignoring it becomes clear.
