Diego is the Executive Director of Axis One Advisory. He currently serves as the founding HR Director at the second Chinese unicorn company in Brazil, building the people infrastructure for the Brazilian operation from scratch. An expert in structuring HR operations in highly complex environments: new markets, rapidly expanding subsidiaries, and organizations where the people function needs to grow at the same speed as the business.
